Help me raise funds and awareness for Parkinson's disease research!
I have signed up to walk and fundraise for the Parkinson's Unity Walk, which will be virtual this year, in memory of my mom. I will never stop fighting in her name for her and the over 1 million people in the Unites States who are battling Parkinson's disease and atypical forms of Parkinson's disease every day. For anyone that knew my mom, she was a truly beautiful person inside and out. Always lived her life giving for her family and friends, was extremely intelligient, and had an infectious smile. We walk in hope that one day there will be a cure for this debilitating disease that took her life at way too early an age. 

While there are treatments to help manage the symptoms, currently there is no cure. Every walker and donor makes a difference by taking the Walk one step closer to finding the cause and cure for Parkinson's. Walking and fundraising is a chance to help fight against Parkinson’s and support those suffering every day with the many and differing symptoms this disease brings. And with the Parkinson’s Unity Walk, 100% of donations go to research funded by seven major Parkinson’s foundations. The Parkinson's Unity Walk is a 501(c)(3) organization (EIN: 13-3842415) and donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
